An event is an issue or error experienced by a device. Below is a list of events that the Cirrent Agent collects and that are analyzed in the Cirrent Cloud. When you're in your instance of the Cirrent Console, you may see some or all of these events affecting the devices in your fleet.
Gateway Error: Device is having trouble communicating with the router
Wi-Fi Not Associated: Device is not connected to the Wi-Fi network
High PER: Device has unstable Wi-Fi connection or device is having trouble sending/receiving data to the router
Gateway Internet Error: User's router is not connected to the Internet
DNS Error/DNS Not Responsive: Device is unable to contact sites like Google or Yahoo but is connected to the router
IP Config Issue: Device is having trouble connecting to router
Wi-Fi Interference: Device has unstable Wi-Fi connection because of interference caused by other devices.
BSSID Switch: Device has an unstable Wi-Fi connection because of your mesh router or extender
Low Signal Strength: Device is too far from the router or there is something blocking the Wi-Fi signal to the device
Internet Not Responsive: User's router is not connected to the Internet
An attribute is a characteristic or parameter of a device. In addition to the attributes listed below, you can add custom attributes that are specific to your products and customers like firmware version, radio driver, and more.
ISP: Internet service provider that the device is connected to
Router: Router that the device is connected to
City: City where the device is located
Country: Country where the device is located
Region: Region where the device is located
OS: Operating System
Device Type: Device type of the device
Device Type ID: Device type identification of the device
