On the Characterize page, you can drill down to a specific event type. In the below image, we look at the Wi-Fi Not Associated per Day per Device.
Each column shows a different attribute. Attributes include router, ISP, country, device type, OS + more. It's also possible to add custom attributes like your product's firmware version, etc.
Looking at one column, we can see the different options that exist within that attribute. For example, in the Router attribute column, we see LCFC HeiFei, Netgear, ARRIS, Seiko Epson, TP-Link routers.
Each box is a shade of red, yellow or green, corresponding to how much better or worse than average that parameter option is performing, with 100% being the average for that parameter.
So in the below image, LCFC (HeiFei) is performing over 5 times worse when it comes to Wi-Fi Not Associated per Day per Device. This is something that you'll want to look into.
If you look at the ISP column, you can see that there are fewer than average Wi-Fi Not Associated errors associated with Comcast Cable.
If you see "Missing," it means that there is no data for that field.
Click through on a box to get to the Quantify page to see individual devices experiencing that event type.
