Every company that wishes to integrate the ZipKey functionality needs an account on the Cirrent cloud. When you first request an account, Cirrent will create an account for your company, and send you credentials to log into the Cirrent portal. Once your account has been created, you can add users, add devices, generate API keys etc. through the Cirrent portal. Each account has a number that you'll need when you are provisioning your devices.
If multiple employees from the same company independently request an account, you could end up with more than one account for your company. Just let us know and we can consolidate the accounts.
