Cirrent has built a number of troubleshooting tools. If you run into trouble you can try:
- Device and App explorer: Here you can see all of the recent activity from the device and the mobile app, including status, API calls, and logs.
- Log explorer: Here you can see the contents of the logs coming up from the device or the mobile app for a particular time range. Note that the device must have connected successfully to the Cirrent cloud to upload its logs.
