Cirrent has built a number of troubleshooting tools. If you run into trouble you can try:
- Device explorer: Here you can see all of the information coming up from the device, including status, API calls, and logs.
- Log explorer: Here you can see the details of the logs coming up from the device. Note that the device must have connected successfully to upload its logs.
